• Accurately represent the item being sold

• Specify whether the item is new, used, or refurbished
• Disclose any defects or issues with the product
• Include reasonable and accurate pricing
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Revolt.lk reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules or is otherwise deemed inappropriate for our marketplace.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being listed or sold on our marketplace:

• Stolen goods or items without proof of ownership
• Counterfeit or replica items
• Items that infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Products with illegal software or modified firmware that violates manufacturer terms
• Items that do not meet the safety standards of Sri Lanka

Revolt.lk is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not take ownership of the products listed by sellers, nor do we guarantee the quality or condition of these products.

7. Buyer and Seller Obligations

For Sellers:

• Accurately represent all items being sold
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Honor the prices and terms advertised in your listings
• Ship or deliver items as described in your listing
• Report any disputes or issues to Revolt.lk promptly
• Comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations

For Buyers:

• Pay for items as agreed with sellers
• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• Inspect items upon receipt and report any issues promptly
• Do not commit to purchases you cannot complete
• Provide accurate shipping or delivery information

8. Transaction and Payment Terms

Revolt.lk facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers, but is not directly involved in the exchange of goods or services.

• All payments are processed through our approved payment methods
• Sellers will receive payment only after the buyer receives and accepts the item
• A service fee may be charged on successful transactions
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and are handled on a case-by-case basis
• In case of disputes, Revolt.lk will mediate based on evidence provided by both parties

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our marketplace is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, materials, or products included on our site.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

Revolt.lk will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our marketplace, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on our website. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of this information.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Revolt.lk, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation or breach of any terms of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
